The competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas entrants are not eligible.
You must be 18 or over to enter your photo or video.
Please ensure your photo or video is your own original work.
Please do not undertake any hazardous activity or breach any law taking your photos or videos. Isporty does not condone dangerous or anti-social activity and will not consider entries that contravene this.If your photograph features any person or people, they should be aware they were being photographed and permission should be obtained from all involved (or their parents/guardians if under 17) for their photograph to be submitted in a competition. If it is clear that the people are not aware of their picture being taken or are embarrassed in any way in any entry we receive, Isporty reserves the right to disqualify the entry.
Copyright remains with the entrant. But Isporty reserves the right to use entries in any publicity to do with competition.
Multiple entries are permitted, but an individual may only win a maximum of one prize per day and a maximum of one of the competition's grand prizes.
The prize winners will be chosen by an Isporty panel of judges on Monday 23rd July 5pm and will be contacted by Isporty. Competition entries must be received by Monday 23rd July 4pm.
This competition is not open to any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
Isporty's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
Isporty reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Only the winners will be contacted personally by the email address attached to your membership.
Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred or changed. There will be no cash alternatives.
Isporty does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Isporty will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the competition which you have entered.
If the winner is unable to be contacted the right is reserved to offer the prize to a runner up or offer it in a future competition.
