I have recently taken up cycling -less than a year ago. I have a great bike, Trek 5.2 Madone. I have done 1500 miles October - June. I want to do more. Keen to test my self, but at 53 I know no big records are likely! But, having been an armchair fanatic of the TDF since the great Merckx, now it's time to try it!

Sport provides for me the space and energy to keep focused and refreshed on life. The post activity feel good is a real boost.
