Gyming it again
Signed back up to the gym yesterday. Blitzed the shoulders for the first time in a while.

Cutting down
With new years well and truly over (lol) I think its time to cut down on the food intake. I'm a sucker for carbs and "full fat" coke so I'm going to try and stick to the diet varity. I'm also nailing 2-3 litres of water a day. It makes me feel slightly more energetic and I can see why it help you loose weight........the amount of calories burned running back and forth to the loo is tremendous!
