About Thomas
I've not always been into sport esp when I was younger. That all changed when I picked up skater hockey/roller hockey and got into ice hockey when I was about 13. After a few years of practice I ended up with a great team winning the Welsh league a few years in a row. I also A.captain'd Wales.
Since then I've been into wieght training etc I've had an off period the last few months but looking to get back into it soon.
I've changed the way I think about weight training - Its not so much to add bulk any more but to be more slender in apperance.
