I'm 41, married, and, in my wife's opinion, unnaturally obsessive about sport.

After playing rugby in my youth for Preston and Saracens, I discovered rowing triathlon and duathlon about 5 years ago. I don't really do triathlon because I can't come to terms with taking time to go to a gym to swim in lanes. But I like running and love cycling - so I'm going to have a crack at doing duathlon properly this year and see where it goes.
