Love sports, love working with sports people. Have rationalised the number of sports I do to cycling, sailing and rock climbing. Best things I've done recently are sailing across the Atlantic, 6 days cycling in the Pyrenees and working at the 2004 Paralympics in Athens.
Hardest thing i have done is completing the Tour of Wessex, all 3 days of it. 325 miles.
