I have been into water sport for 10 years now having taken part in Dragon Boat Racing all that time.
Competed for Great Britain in World and European Championships and finally retired after setting a new world record in the 1000m event and gaining to European Gold and one Silver medal to add to the collection.
Since changed direction on the water and am now rowing with Walbrook Rowing Club to train for the Atlantic Rowing Challenge.
We will be rowing 3,000 miles from La Gomera in the Canary Islands across to Antigua. We'll be setting on early November 2007 and hope to break the British Women's record of 75 days as well as raise over £100,000 for Breast Cancer Care.
