Hi, my name's Lara and I've always been involved with sports and exercising. Whilst I was growing up I played sports nearly everyday, at school and after school, everything from Netball to Volleyball, Tennis and Trampolining. When I started work in an office I found it much harder to train and started going to the gym in the evenings and at weekends, and when I found myself at a professional crossroads earlier this year, I realised that as sports and keeping fit is my passion, why not work in the industry full time and turn a hobby into a career?! I have nearly finished my Personal Training Diploma with Premier Training and will qualify in Sports Massage in the New Year. I'll keep you updated with my progress....
