Boxing class doesnt get much better

Just had my first session at the london boxing class in archway and you arent gonna find better value for £7 anywhere. 90 minutes of boxing training with pads, gloves and two well used rings followed by 30 minutes of circuit training from two great teachers. There were about 40 people there in all and Came out of there feelin amazing and with some new boxing mates
