New Year, New Blog

Coming the end of week 3 and I'm a notch on the belt down already!

It was a pre-Christmas hospital appointment that got me thinking - "I'm 14 stone - at 5' 8" does that make me clinically obese?". I decided that regardless of the answer to that question it was time to put injury and illness behind me and hit the gym.

I signed up to my local Total Fitness (thanks for the student deal Coxy,
good lad!) and set to work. My first session involved a quick sauna and a really long jacuzzi!

But I've been plugging away for 3 weeks now and I can see a definate difference - my CV work is easier and remember the belt..... On six weeks I'm going to weigh/measure in, take a few file photos and then push with the sports specific regimes.

I'd love some ideas for gym schedules and watch out for more blogs.....
