Today's TV
Doesn't seem to be much to rival the massive Liverpool v Manchester United clash tomorrow, but in the meantime take in Derby v Colchester United tonight, Sky Sports 1, 7.30pm.
Derby are looking shaky as the end-of-season nerves draw in, and they need all-three points against the Championship's surprise outfit this season.

My TV Blog
From now onwards this blog is going to become an ode to laziness, encouraging all isporty users to throw down those tennis rackets, puncture that football, and exercise instead using a cold lager and a remote control.
Yes, this is my TV Blog, where each morning I'll be showcasing two or three reasons NOT to exercise, with the day's best TV picks.
Today :
Sky Sports 1, 3.30pm - Dubai World Cup Carnival. The richest horse race in the world, EVER! This is the last event of the Carnival culminating in the World Cup race, and promises to be a metaphor of the very ostentation of the Emirates.
Sky Sports 1, 7.30pm - Premier League darts from Sheffield. Highly addictive coverage from the next round of the circuit, and a rematch of that stunning World Final as Barneveld takes on Taylor, with the Power an unusual underdog.
Setanta, 8pm - Honda Classic. Watch Luke Donald defend his crown at the Palm Beach Gardens course in Florida.
More inherent laziness tomorrow.
Sudden death at the end of the best darts match ever :

Wigan's woes to continue?
I can't help but foresee another tough season in store for Wigan.
With complete disaster averted last season there is again something of a dejectance around the club from reports I have heard, and though the new season holds in store the same old elements of new beginning, there is so much catching up to be done that I'm not sure we won't see another long season in store for the former greats.
Willing to be proved wrong, of course, though a lucky late win at Catalans Dragons shouldn't paper over the cracks.

Murray into semi's
Am I the only one who thinks Murray is on the verge of something big?
He's still only 19 after all, and having now advanced through into the semi-finals at Memphis, is about to enter the world's top ten.
Wimbledon could be very exciting this year.

Murray keeps on going
Andy Murray could find himself in the World's Top Ten if he performs well at the Memphis International later today.
A big tournament with some quality opposition, it's easy to forget how far he has come, and how young he still is too - 19.
I wonder if those who dislike him will still be turning their backs when he creeps into a Wimbledon final in the next couple of years?

GP Karting again
Further to my last blog, I've had some people ask for more information about karting, so just to let you know the place in Northampton is www.gpkarting.com.
I'll be adding a proper link as a fansite.
Should be getting some photos back from there as well so you can see what it's like.
There are many like this place around the country - I'm just sold on the buzz again having not done it in so long.

GP Karting
I went karting last night - first time in a long time - and forgot how much fun it was.
There's a place called GP Karting in Northampton and they've got some excellent circuits and a number of different race set-up's.
Think I will really get back into it this year. Despite my advancing years you never lose the buzz of steaming past you drinking mate who has stacked it into a wall of tyres on the final corner!!
