Warrior Wiggins reeled in

Tom Boonen picked up his first Stage victory after Bradley Wiggins' incredible one-man show finally ended just 7km short of the finish.

Lets hope he has saved some energy for the next four days, which will see the Alps dominate proceedings.

Cavendish to pull out

Brit Mark Cavendish has admitted he'll ride in the weekend's mountain stages before retiring Monday…

T-Mobile's Cavendish, who has won back to back 10th placed finishes, will stay on while many of the sprinters are expected to retire Saturday. Link
