Cheats never prosper, and a year after Floyd Landis performance-enhanced his way to the 2006 Tour de France title, justice was finally done this week after Spaniard Oscar Pereiro was belatedly awarded the title, as the BBC reports.

Yet, on the same day, Giro d'Italia winner Daniel Di Luca receives a three-month ban for doping offences, proving that some will still not learn their lesson.
