Please wipe your feet as you make your way through ..
It seems the giving and receiving of cheques may become a common occurance at the Lane over the next few months if today's tranfer reports are to be believed.
Juande Ramos wants Berbatov to stay although the striker's goal celebration (or lack of it) against Hapoel Tel-Aviv the other night suggests otherwise.
Meanwhile, moneybags Manchester City are set to pounce for Berba and Paul Robinson, while Scot Alan Hutton could be seen as a replacement for perennial wantaway Pascal Chimbonda as the Observer reports.

It doesn't happen often but you may well see some smiles on the faces of Spurs fans today (that is, until 4pm when they kick-off at Hapoel Tel-Aviv).
But in the meantime the news is that Dimitar Berbatov will continue to play for the club and Hossam Ghaly won't.
Looks like the Ramos Revolution is underway already.

Rumours increasing all the time that Spurs hitman Dimitar Berbatov wants offski - even his father is getting in on the act now as Eat Sleep Sport reveals. I didn't even realise he was signed on at the club? smirk
What price Fredi Kanoute as his replacement?

Wednesday AM: Spurs

I know Spurs are having a bit of a rough ride, but campaigning for seven substitutes is just blatant cheating, surely? The Guardian reports on yet more mischief-making from Damien Comolli. He's a tinker isn't he?
Meanwhile, a more sound-minded Spurs fan continues his Separated At Birth mission by comparing striker Robbie Keane to Mike from The Young Ones.
All is well in North London, evidently.
