Wig/Cav partnership comes good again ..

Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish (pictured) proved once more that their partnership is on good ground as they claim silver in the Madison in round two of the World Track Cup in Beijing** as the BBC reports.

Vino vanishing for a year ..

The BBC reports that former Astana rider Alexandre Vinokourov has been banned for one year following doping offences at the 2007 Tour de France.
Meanwhile, with no small amount of glamour, the 2008 Vuelta a EspaƱa route was unveiled this week. Check it out here.

Isporty is fully behind Brit pair Mark Cavendish and Bradley Wiggins's (pictured) decision to miss the 2008 Tour de France in favour of the Beijing Olympics.
Both know this could be their last shot at Olympic glory, and as the BBC reports the reformatted Tour also makes glory more difficult in France.
