Posted Dec 14th 2007, 1:23am by james evans

Looking for a place to spill all that winter frustration and energy, as courses muddy up and events resemble more and more the late rounds of It's a Knockout?

An interesting article on Bike Radar meanwhile on nutrition and how to decode the various claims made by these money-hungry supplement providers - check it out here.
And while many of us may be winding down our mountain-biking pursuits, for a good few others the winter months provide some key training opportunities for next year's events, with Easter's Cape Epic likely to test both mental and physical ability for its brave participants.
