Yoga Lessons
Just a reminder to let you all know that my new Yoga class is beginning on Wednesday evening. The class starts at 8pm and will run every week. hope to see you there.

London Marathon
In training for next years London Marathon and the distances are getting harder and harder. The longest distance I've run before was 10k. Running 15 miles almost killed me yesterday. How am I going to make it to over 26 miles?

Doing the South London 10k at the weekend and wondered if anyone else from the Gym was also running?
